During today’s online Dinja Wahda Award Ceremony our school ranked FIRST in Foster a Forest as we managed to donate €204 which were collected during last year’s school plant fair. We also placed 7th in the Dinja Wahda Gold Schools before Lockdown. Big well done to the great team of Mellieha EkoSkola who really worked hard, all students and educators involved!!! eTwinning Project – Kinder 2
During the month of December, Ms Graziella, Ms Dory Jean and Ms Marcella, participated with other local schools in an e-twinning project called ‘Christmas eGreetings’. The children had fun doing various Christmas crafts, meeting other students from other schools on Skype and sharing with them what they have done and learnt during the Christmas topic.

Welcome to Maria Regina College Mellieħa Primary School.
Welcome to our school. Maria Regina College Mellieha Primary School provides education for children from the age of 3 to 11. All stakeholders try to make learning a fun experience. We pride ourselves on offering a relevant curriculum, with a focus upon care and nurture of each individual. Our staff is committed to the holistic development of every pupil.
We are a well-resourced school and every year we continue to improve our facilities for the benefit of staff and students. Staff are engaged in continuous professional development to constantly refine their knowledge and students are encouraged to develop an active voice in the school.
We recognise that every child has one school life and that together we must make it count. We want each child to be happy at school in order to help them fulfil their potential.
We have high expectations of our students. They are expected to wear full school uniform and we value the qualities of tolerance, courtesy and hard work in the daily life of the school. Whilst our students are very successful academically we consider the provision of broader educational opportunities as equally important. At the heart of our provision is the partnership between school, home and the community; together we can provide the best for each child.
I hope that you find our website informative and that it gives you some insight into what life is like at Mellieha Primary School. Do not hesitate to contact me if you would like more information or would like to visit the school.
